Patras Meeting 6th & 7th September 2022
Here we are after concluding two intensive days 6th and 7th September of our Second Consortium Meeting! Thanks to FRODIZO for hosting and organising the project meeting.
We had interesting conversations about how to understand the dynamics vs the benefits of physical activity in old age. There has been an evolution of sedentarism caused by the technology! If you pass the most of your time without moving and having occasional some exercises this does not improve your health status!
- You need to move frequently and always by choosing the less comfortable state to do everyday activities. A daily physical activity improves also cognitive functions towards and active and healthy ageing memory, attention, visual spatial orientation, executive function and global cognitive score.
- Do your movement! and do it now! Take the stairs, walk, do the longer path, train work body and train your mind in being active towards longevity.
